NIT — Network & Integrated Technology
The connective tissue of the platform: integrated technology services linking every division, site and system.
From classroom to cleanroom
Overview
NIT — Network & Integrated Technology — is the services organization that makes five divisions behave like one company. It runs the digital infrastructure the platform depends on: MES and automation systems in the fab, data pipelines for Industry 4.0 analytics, the traceability backbone that follows a wafer from crystal growth to a boxed power module.
Its scope is deliberately cross-divisional. Where Silicon Boule owns wafers and Frontend owns processes, NIT owns what they share: networks, data platforms, cybersecurity, collaboration systems and the integration layer between manufacturing equipment and business systems. When the AI Datacenter needs connectivity, or the IC Design Center needs compute capacity, NIT provisions and operates it.
The division also carries the platform’s programs and initiatives — the structured projects that connect divisions to each other and to partners. Its teams are organized around services rather than sites, which keeps engineering standards identical whether a system serves the cleanroom in the fab or the racks in the datacenter.
And because services are only as good as the people who run them, NIT leads the platform’s talent pipeline. Structured training tracks take students and new engineers from the classroom onto the systems they will eventually operate — the same MES, networks and analytics platforms the divisions use — so competence is proven on production-grade infrastructure before cleanroom-grade responsibility follows. That is what the division’s motto, from classroom to cleanroom, actually means in practice.

Capabilities
Networks, systems and infrastructure shared by every division and site.
The execution systems that schedule, track and certify production across the value chain.
Industry 4.0 data platforms turning equipment telemetry into yield and maintenance insight.
Security operations and auditable process discipline across factories and datacenter alike.
Cross-division programs that connect teams, partners and new capabilities.
Compute, design and collaboration tooling for the IC Design Center and R&D.
Teams
From classroom to cleanroom — NIT builds the people as well as the platform. Each team owns a service the whole platform depends on, and runs the structured training tracks that prepare new engineers on production systems before they take cleanroom-grade responsibility.
Owns the campus and site networks that every division, cleanroom and office depends on.
Runs the MES and equipment-automation layer that schedules, tracks and certifies production.
Builds the Industry 4.0 backbone turning equipment telemetry into yield and maintenance insight.
Protects OT and IT environments from the fab to the datacenter, with auditable process discipline.
Provisions compute and tooling for IC design and R&D workloads, from design farms to HPC.
Runs cross-division programs and the training pipeline that moves people from classroom to cleanroom.
How it works
Platform needs — from cleanroom telemetry to design compute — are mapped against services.
Solutions are designed once, to platform standards, not per division.
Infrastructure and tooling are deployed with the same change discipline as the fab.
24/7 operations run networks, systems and security across all sites.
Telemetry and user feedback drive continuous service improvement.
Services expand with each division on the phased build-out plan.
Why it matters
Traceability is NIT’s signature product. The same lot that entered the crystal grower carries its identity through slicing, fab processing, assembly, test and into the datacenter racks its chips may power. That single record is what makes root-cause analysis fast, audits routine, and the words “fully integrated” technically true.
Where it goes
MES, automation and analytics services for wafer, backend and SMT operations.
Compute and toolchain services powering IC Design and R&D workloads.
Cybersecurity and compliance services spanning OT and IT environments.
From engineering programs to production partnership — the NIT team is one message away.
